Straight to bed!

I'm crazy sleepy right now -.- I made the school boy error of watch a program about the best horror movies last night when I go home from work, bad move!!! I then had to stay up an other hour and watching something else to descare myself! It was about 2 in the morning then I dragged my ass to bed and now I am really suffering for it!! I don't want to be at work! I want my bed :'(

May have spoken too soon about the regumate, Belle was a cow today although not half as bad she was last time so it's clearly doing some good. 

Oh dear, stand back! There is a rant coming on!!

I am sick to death of answering the phone at work to take an order and the person on the other end being a git! There is really no need at all. Also there is one lady who rings a fair bit (fat cow) and knows I will also ask for her contact number and every time she has "forgotten" to get it out of her phone? Bull! You just can't be arsed you lazy cow!!

Also, you see a lot of this on Instagram and Facebook, people, many girls, who haven't had any professional training advertise them self as nails techs! 

Excuse me love, but do you actually know what you are doing? 

Oh so you have watched some YouTube  and bought a kit off eBay? Yeah sure come and butcher my nails!! 

I think not!!

Arr so much stress! I need sleep!

Regumate - I love it!! (Not for me obviously)

So Belle has been in Regumate for 3 days now and she is a million times better!! No more moody mare who doesn't listen :D so happy!! It's well worth the money if it actually works! 

Belle also tried on her new fleece....

But it was taken off again as not to get mucky and will be saved for shows :D 

So have decided that once I have finished my gel nail course I will move on to a spa mani and pedi course, but I will wait till I have earned enough from doing gels to pay for the course. Hopefully once I get up and running I can cut down how many nights a week I do at the pizza shop. I only just started 5 nights a week last week and I already want a week off!!

Man I miss holiday pay :(

But oh well. I hope, with in the next 18 months, to have built up and reasonable client base that lets me at least half the amount of nights I have to work, if not more than that.

SHOPPING!!!

So went to bramham today with my mum and it was awesome!! Got some awesome stuff too. Got a lovely purple and grey show fleece for belle, some grey tendon boots, shampoo and some treats. Then for me I got a lovely navy showing jacket (only £14!!) a Ryedale hoodie, a new dandy brush and I think that's it :) will take a picture of belle in her stuff tomorrow :D also wanted to get belle a leather head collar but couldn't afford on after everything else :( might have to wait till HOYS to get her on of those. 

Anyway off to bed as I need to be up early to go yell at this bank -.- woo fun times!

I don't have pump and the nuts are on too tight!!

So about to leave the stables and my front drivers side tyre is flat! 

FUCK! 

The plan was to limp poor daisy to the service station near the yard but we didn't think she would make it so tried to take the tyre off. Nope not happening either! The nuts were crazy tight and so I couldn't do it :( ended up ringing my brother who came and helped get it off. Now need a new tyre added to the never ending list of horse and car ownership -.-

On the plus side belle was good today, did some over due schooling and she went lovely plus I think the regumate stuff is really working for her she is fab atm!! And god I love my new boots!!! Off to bramham horse trials with my mum tomorrow and already think of the thinks I'm going to buy!! Fly spray, tendon boots, fetlock boots, shampoo :D exiting!!!

Well hot air rises so it cool down here

So, yeah I'm sat on the floor at work learning against the walk in freezer :) and nice and cool down here so I'm happy but my boss did give me a funny look :S ooops.

Lauren and myself took the horses on an exploring hack today to try out a new bridle way didnt really lead anywhere but it was a giggle so not a wasted trip. Belle was perfectly behaved till I asked her to go through a gap, then she wouldn't stand still and was dancing around. Went for a trot and she tried to canter so I made her walk while Kenny trotted and she tried to rear -.- flipping horse, although once we got out of the village she was prefect again! I do love my mares mood swings lol. But she is now on regumate which would help a lot, I hope :)

Belle is in season again...yay -.- hopeful she won't be as bad this time round as I'm spent a lot of money on some stuff what will hopefully calm her down :) 

I ended up hacking my nails off to a crappy little length and then tipping them!

 

Here are the tips uncut, I don't get how people with nails that long can cope! Honestly I could barely pick up my cuppa tea!! 

Here is cut down and blended to a nicer length, rather happy with my blending skills :) then...

Finished and polished :) rather happy with my self :D 

Take the plunge?

Again at work, again bored! My problem is when I'm bored I pick at my nails, and got forbid I find a lifting edge...crap all the  gel has lifted off -.- well I was getting a bit bored of the pink anyway and tomorrow is my day off so will have time to redo them. The dilemma is whether or not to up tips on myself, I'm getting rather good (honest!!) so I think I could do my left hand pretty well. It will be my right I will have problems with :S hmm might have to try it and just wing it!! Will need to be able to do it any way as my nails are getting bad :S 

This is the current state for my right hand, sure doing my own tips will look better than this...?

And it not like I will give my self talons, just a nice length with either French white tips or glitter tips.

I did glitter tips this morning on my nail trainer and added little gems along the smile like which matched the glitter I had used :) was rather happy with them and looked very pretty.

Not perfect by any stretch but still...

Well the good, the bad or the ugly there will be picture of them up tomorrow with what ever I do!

No! Don't try and bite his arse!!

So Lauren and myself took Kenny and Belle out for a hack today, I was going to do some schooling but it was too hot and I couldn't be bothered. The horses are getting on well :) Belle only tried to bite Kenny once so all was good :) 

I need to hack to chill me out as Barclays Bank is driving me insane, I was told they would shift some money (a fair sized wad too) from an old account to me new one. Said it would take 48 hours, 48 hours later no money... So I rang up 'oh sorry miss Stephenson it will take 5 working days' 6 days later still no money... Then got a letter today say 'thanks for choosing us, the transfer will take 15 days' HOLD UP!!!! You said 48hours!! Not 360 hours!! So you can't get my money sort out yet when you wanted money from me if goes out the exact day you say it does?! Arrrrggggg!! Tempted to take all my money and keep it in a jar under my bed, then I can get it when I want!!!

Inspiration. Often a word which strikes fear in to the minds of the normal creative...

I need to think of a name for my nail business (once I get qualified and set up) but I keep falling short when I try! Maybe that's due to it being 1.17am at the moment and I just need to sleep, also I maybe jumping ahead of myself as I'm not yet ready to start a client base :S although I did do Lauren's nails today and they turned out rather well :) see below...

I want something along the lines of, Dare 2 as that is the name of my polishes and I'm rather fond of it :) still not sure though :( 

On a brighter note Lauren and myself took Belle and Kenny (grey Connemara, Lauren's pony) for a hack to day and both where well behaved! Out ponies have always got along maybe as they have, up until now, been geldings. Throw a mare in the mix and not so great but today both were on their best behaviour, we were very pleased

Anyway, Lauren's nails!
